AOA Analyst Subscription, Billing & Refund Policy:
Billing. The AOA Analyst is billed at $100 per month. There is no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date from your member dashboard, and you will not be charged again after cancellation.
Satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your first AOA Analyst output, you may request a full refund of your initial payment within 7 days of your original signup by emailing [email protected]. This guarantee is available to first-time members only.
Recurring payments. Except for the first-time satisfaction guarantee described above, monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current month.
